RevenuePatch sells digital downloads. Because delivery happens immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not offered once files have been accessed or downloaded.
When a refund may be issued
- The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- The wrong product was delivered.
How to request support
Email hello@revenuepatch.com within 7 days of purchase with the order email and a short description of the issue.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact support first so delivery or billing issues can be resolved quickly before opening a payment dispute.
